L’edizione 2005 si svolse il 9 maggio con 79 partecipanti da vari licei. A ospitare l’iniziativa quest’anno è stata la University of Toronto at Mississauga.
Il concorso però si svolge grazie a sostenitori generosi, insegnanti conscenziosi delle scuole participanti, e ragazzi che si dedicano con passione allo studio della lingua e della cultura italiana.
I premi furono offerti da una serie di sostenitori: il Centro Scuola e Cultura (il dott. Alberto Di Giovanni), i dipartimenti di programmi d’italiano a livello universitario (University of Toronto at Mississauga, St. George Campus e York Unversity), l’Istituto italiano di cultura, e la casa editrice éditions Soleil (Prof. Anthony Mollica).
Concorso 2005 took place on May 9 with 79 participants from various high schools in Toronto and the greater Toronto area.
Vital to the continued success of the contest are the participants, students who zealously dedicate themselves to the study of Italian language and culture, and their committed teachers.
The host institution was the University of Toronto at Mississauga and the prizes were offered by the most generous supporters: Centro Scuola e Cultura (Dr. Alberto Di Giovanni), the departments in which Italian is housed at the University of Toronto at Mississauga and the St. Gorge Campus, and York University, the Italian Cultural Institute, and the publishing house éditions Soleil (Prof. Anthony Mollica)
